Classic Sinatra and Sounds of Jazz for 6/24/12

This week, Leo Rayhill will feature music of Frank Sinatra with Tommy Dorsey and with Count Basie on “Classic Sinatra” from 4 to 5 P.M., although we’ll likely hear music from other parts of Frank’s career as well!

Also, on “The Sounds of Jazz” at 5 P.M., Leo will feature  a recording of a live broadcast from New York City with legendary saxophonist Zoot Sims, along with other jazz from Leo’s vast library.  Tune in for both “Classic Sinatra” at 4 P.M. and “The Sounds of Jazz” at 5 P.M. this Sunday, here on WCNY Classic FM, both on the air and online at http://www.wcny.org/radio/listen-now/classicfm
