Classic FM remembers Kathryn Lee, 1946-2012

Longtime listeners to WCNY-FM will remember announcer Kathryn Lee, who was with the station in the 1970s and 1980s. We have received the sad news that our former colleague passed away on Wednesday, June 20th after a long battle with ovarian cancer.

We know that Kathryn’s many listeners join us in mourning her passing, and we thank her for her years of service to this station and to classical music in Central New York. A complete obituary is available at this link:
